I haven’t shared a little tidbit or trick from my for creatives series for awhile, so I thought I’d bring it back today. I’ve been experimenting with textures for awhile and have finally found a resource that does it right. Simply put. Lost & Taken is a GREAT place to go if you’re looking for free high resolution textures. Color them, crop them, place them in text – do whatever. The sky is really the limit with these guys! And trust me, you’ll spend a good chunk of time paging through their archives finding just the right ones. Enjoy!

Thanks for this very generous share. I am not a graphic designer, but I love to play with this stuff, and am so grateful for clever designers who are also willing to give tips and share resources.
